지난 30년간 대형 B세포 림프종(R/R LBCL) 초도 치료의 기존 치료법(소위 SOC) 대비 전체 생존율 지표에서 유의미한 향상을 보인 최초 치료제인 Yescarta®가 처음 보고됐다.

Kite의 3상 ZUMA-7 연구에서 유발된 primary 전체 생존율(OS) 분석 결과는 Yescarta 카 티 세포 치료의 전체 생존율(OS)에서 기존 치료법 대비 유의미한 향상을 보였다.

Yescarta는 SOC와 비교할 때 암 진행 혹은 추가 치료가 필요한 환자 중 두 해 이상 생존한 환자가 2.5배 증가했다.
