OL3 EPR 발전소 공급자 연합체는 고정 가격의 전면시공 계약 하에 발전소 장치를 건설하였다. 공급자 연합체 회사인 AREVA GmbH, AREVA NP SAS 및 Siemens AG는 발전소 장치의 보증 기간이 종료될 때까지 계약 의무에 대해 공동 및 several 책임을 지게 된다.
